Is there a commission on rent?
Not on marketplace plans. Owners and hosts pay a flat subscription and we take no percentage of rental income. The separate Managed Sub-Leasing service, where we run the property for you, works on a guaranteed rent or a 75/25 revenue share instead.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no cancellation fees.
What currency is pricing in?
All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR). NRI owners can pay via international cards or UPI.
Can I try it before paying?
Yes. The Starter plan for owners and the Host Free plan are free with no time limit, so you can list a property or apply to listings before deciding whether Pro is worth it.
Do hosts pay separately?
Yes, hosts have their own separate subscription plans. Owner and host plans are independent.
